Terrasol Nightly Fee

PLEASE NOTE: The Terrasol Resort charges a nightly Resort Fee per night, which needs to be paid at the front desk when arriving. You may check in there and pay for it.
You can start enjoying the resort spaces (gym, restaurant, and pools) from the moment you arrive. If you arrive earlier, you can ask the people at the front desk to take care of your luggage until your condo is ready.
The new rates for the Resort Fee effective 2025:

1-2 people 19.50 usd per night
3-4 people 24.50 usd per night
5-6 people 29.50 usd per night
7-8 people 34.50 usd per night

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

This was a beautiful home away from home! The extra space of this unit as compared with a hotel room was perfect for a family visit with a toddler. Views are wonderful. The unit is a 20 second walk from both of the pools as well which was great for relaxing. Lorraine and the team at Terrasol were professional, welcoming, and accommodating 🙌

Beautiful, quiet, peaceful area. The beach is not swimmable, but there are 3 pools on the property. The one pool has a swim-up bar and great little restaurant.
