PLEASE NOTE: Terrasol Resort charges a nightly Resort Fee, which must be paid at the front desk upon arrival. You will check in there and make the payment at that time. You’re welcome to begin enjoying the resort amenities, including the gym, restaurant, tennis court, and pools, as soon as you arrive. If you arrive early, the front desk staff will be happy to store your luggage while your condo is being prepared for your stay.

The new rates for the Resort Fee effective 2025:

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Nightly Resort Fee

The Terrasol Resort charges a nightly Resort Fee per night, which needs to be paid at the front desk when arriving. You may check in there and pay for it.

3-4 people $23.50 usd per night
5-6 people $28.50 usd per night
7-8 people $33.50 usd per nigh

Parking

Parking 5 USD a day, 25 USD per week.

This is a really nice and quiet resort. The condo itself is very clean and nicely decorated. It looks just like the pictures. The condo has lots of beach towels, two beach chairs, and an umbrella to use at the beach if you would like. The beds were comfortable and the couch is really nice for relaxing at the end of the day. The deck is amazing and has two loungers and an umbrella for enjoying the scenery from your condo. Nice little ocean view as well!
