Fully equipped, open concept kitchen with high-end appliances including dishwasher, granite countertops, living room with custom-made furnishings, flat screen TV with streaming system, and expansive views of the Pacific Ocean.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, tons of storage space, ceiling fan, sliding patio doors with access to the private deck and gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean. Master en suite bathroom includes an enclosed shower/toilet room.
The second master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, ceiling fans, flat screen TV with streaming system, expansive views of the Pacific Ocean, and en suite bathroom with shower/toilet room.
The third bedroom is made for entertaining, featuring a set of bunk beds, private en suite bathroom and flat screen TV with streaming system.

Terrasol Rules and Terms

PLEASE NOTE: The Terrasol Resort charges a nightly Resort Fee per night, which needs to be paid at the front desk when arriving. You may check in there and pay for it.
You can start enjoying the resort spaces (gym, restaurant, and pools) from the moment you arrive. If you arrive earlier, you can ask the people at the front desk to take care of your luggage until your condo is ready.
The new rates for the Resort Fee effective 2025:

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Lorraine’s place is a gem! The house was great! Just as pictures showed. The landscape is beautiful- Pool and ocean view is amazing! Our first morning there we were amazed with the whales- you could see and hear them! The pools were heated and never overly crowded. We felt very safe in the area, plenty of families- even met a few snowbirds. There is one restaurant/pool bar on the property open for breakfast and lunch (til 5p) and it was very good. We walked to the marina everyday for shopping and dining. The walk was not bad- a few steep hills but for my husband and I in our mid 40’s and our teens-it was nice. I didn’t know until check out that there appears to be a library/game room to check items out in the lobby. We didn’t use the fitness center as our walks to and all over the marina achieved our goal for vacation. Marisol was my person of contact and she was great. She checked on us at check in, gave local recommendations. Everyone is so friendly- definitely recommend! 10/10

All 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Sangria in Terrasol. The location was perfect with ocean views (watching the whales daily), great pools within a few steps and a short walk into Cabo San Lucas. The 3 bedroom unit was perfect for 6 of us, plenty of space. The outdoor area we used alot, the fire pit for evenings that comfortably sat all 6 of us was a bonus! We would all definitely return and look forward to it! Only complaint, which is minimal is that the fridge did not keep things very cold.
