Terrasol Rules and Terms

PLEASE NOTE: The Terrasol Resort charges a nightly Resort Fee per night, which needs to be paid at the front desk when arriving. You may check in there and pay for it.
You can start enjoying the resort spaces (gym, restaurant, and pools) from the moment you arrive. If you arrive earlier, you can ask the people at the front desk to take care of your luggage until your condo is ready.
The new rates for the Resort Fee effective 2025:

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

This was the perfect place for our vacation! Most every activity we did downtown was walkable or a short 5 minute uber. They offered to arrange airport transportation for us. The pool was never crowded and the pool bar had great food and drink! The beach is beautiful and a short walk from the room. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed. We would 100% stay here again if in Cabo.

This property is in an amazing location near downtown Los Cabos and the marina—just a <$5 Uber ride to great restaurants and bars. The vibe is mostly quiet and serene. Lorraine's apartment was spotless and comfortable. It had a king-size bed, a well-equipped kitchen and grill, and a lovely patio for sunsets. The shower was great, with good pressure, warm water, and a stylish design. Drinking water was provided, which was super helpful and a great reminder for us to stay hydrated, and the internet was fast for streaming.
