Terrasol rules and terms

PLEASE NOTE: The Terrasol Resort charges a nightly Resort Fee per night, which needs to be paid at the front desk when arriving. You may check in there and pay for it.
You can start enjoying the resort spaces (gym, restaurant, and pools) from the moment you arrive. If you arrive earlier, you can ask the people at the front desk to take care of your luggage until your condo is ready.
The new rates for the Resort Fee effective 2025:

1-2 people 19.50 usd per night
3-4 people 24.50 usd per night
5-6 people 29.50 usd per night
7-8 people 34.50 usd per night
**Parking on premises $5 usd / Day

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Amazing location! Steps from the pool and can walk right off patio to the beach. Pools are very nice and quiet. The bar restaurant are very close and the food and service were great. Host was very responsive to any questions and was very proactive in checking in if I needed anything. Had everything you could need.

Terrasol is the perfect location and this is the perfect unit. Quiet and peaceful, yet close to the action of downtown Cabo. Every detail was perfectly executed, including having plenty of towels for both the bathrooms and the pools, having a filtered water cooler filled and ready to go, and an amazing property manager who takes care of all your needs prior to arrival. We highly recommend staying here and will most certainly be back very soon.

The location of this place is hard to beat…right on the beach. Whale watching from the patio was my favorite:) Quiet and secluded, yet in very close proximity to all the fun things. Walking distance to the marina. Food at the restaurant by the pool was very good. Service was great. We were well taken care of our entire stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Lorraine's place was incredible! Truly felt like we were at home in our own place. Beach front, as if you are on your own private beach - whale watching ALL DAY right off the balcony! Beautiful condo, everything you could ever want, great food at the swim up bar if you desire, yet super close to the Marina to walk to dinner. Many places to shop for food and such nearby as well. It was truly PERFECT.
