Terrasol Rules and Terms

PLEASE NOTE: The Terrasol Resort charges a nightly Resort Fee per night, which needs to be paid at the front desk when arriving. You may check in there and pay for it.
You can start enjoying the resort spaces (gym, restaurant, and pools) from the moment you arrive. If you arrive earlier, you can ask the people at the front desk to take care of your luggage until your condo is ready.
The new rates for the Resort Fee effective 2025:

1-2 people 19.50 usd per night
3-4 people 24.50 usd per night
5-6 people 29.50 usd per night
7-8 people 34.50 usd per night

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Our one complaint is the noise Thursday through Sunday from town. Closing doors and windows doesn't seem to block out the booming beats from town. Also some basic things like measuring cups and spoons were missing. However staff was really responsive when we asked for deck lounge chairs and the view cannot be beat!!! So many whales!!! Looking forward to the upgrades next season.

The location was perfect. We watched the whales in the morning from our balcony and walked to the marina for all of our meals. We had a few little issues that the property manager Daniel was an amazing help and went above and beyond to help resolve the issues quickly. Daniel was very prompt, kind and professional making our stay just lovely.
