Terrasol Rules and Terms

PLEASE NOTE: The Terrasol Resort charges a nightly Resort Fee per night, which needs to be paid at the front desk when arriving. You may check in there and pay for it.
You can start enjoying the resort spaces (gym, restaurant, and pools) from the moment you arrive. If you arrive earlier, you can ask the people at the front desk to take care of your luggage until your condo is ready.
The new rates for the Resort Fee effective 2025:

3-4 people 24.50 usd per night
5-6 people 29.50 usd per night
7-8 people 34.50 usd per night

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Lorraines's place was excellent. The view was great, it was a short walk to the marina area, and place was quiet and relaxing. Communication was great and proactive. Beautiful condo with an amazing view! Great private condo complex with clean pools and restaurant for breakfast and lunch and swim up pool bar! The host let us know they could arrange lots of helpful amenities like grocery delivery and airport pick up. Grocery delivery was great so we had food and drinks in the unit waiting for us when we arrived. The calmness of the resort was exactly what we were looking for and a 10 minute walk brings you to the rest that Cabo has to offer.

The ocean views were stunning, and the apartment was beautifully luxurious. Having access to the resort bar with high-quality, affordable food was a huge bonus.
