Beautiful location, love that we could see the whales from the balcony, everything you need is available and if not, just ask and Miguel will do his best to help you. Love the quickness and yet so close to the marina, shops and restaurants

Miguel is a great host! I came here for my 30th birthday weekend and I couln't be happier! Miguel was clear with all his check in and in general instructions, quick to respond and added a ton of personal touches that made the trip extra special. The location is also amazing! We walked everywhere! It is perfect if you want to be able to walk to dinner, bars, clubs and shops. I believe most of shuttles and excursions will come right to the front if you don't want to walk.

We love Terrasol, 2nd time stay at this resort. Miguel's unit 150 is a wonderful location. Very roomy for families. Appreciate how well the condo is stocked. There is some updating and repairs that should be attended to, but with that said, I would still not hesitate to stay at this unit again. There are some stairs that you need to maneuver to get in and out of the unit. Miguel was a wonderful host with a welcome note and fruit. He was also very accomodating on check in and check out. Great stay!

Beautiful ocean views and great service. I think this property reflected good value overall. It rained hard for two days during my stay and my host checked on me and the condition of the condo. I thought that it was considerate of Miguel an Heriberto. The condo itself shows signs of wear and tear but nothing that would stop me from renting the space again. Gracias por todo!

Terrasol is a gated community that is a 15 minute walk to the main stretch of downtown Cabo. There are two pools with a prettty good restaurant/bar attached to one of them. The place itself is quite comfortable and large. It accommodated a group of 6 quite easily. The only downside is that the room with the bunkbeds doesn't have any AC. The place could use a touch up overall but nothing that will truly affect your time there. It's a great space to relax and Miguel was quite helpful when we had any issues. We all agreed that we'd stay there again.

I love this private condo because it was clean, close to downtown and the customer service was amazing! Miguel was great and super on top of answering all of our questions! He would check in with us to make sure everything was Ok. He left some fruit and water for us the first day we arrived! We loved the pool and the bar / restaurant on site! I highly recommend this beautiful condo! The pool and beach view was amazing!

Terrasol is a great place, love being on the Pacific ocean side close to the marina, restaurants and shops. Miguel was awesome, responded very quick to all our needs. Will stay here again for sure!

Recomiendo este departamento para familias que quieran pasar unas vacaciones fenomenales, tranquilas frente al mar. El lugar es muy amplio, nosotros fuimos 7 y estuvimos muy bien, el departamento tiene absolutamente todo lo que necesites, toallas abundantes, televisiones en todas las habitaciones, la cocina está totalmente equipada, tienes pelÃculas, libros, revistas. Las albercas son grandes y muy cerca del departamento, y la playa es ideal para caminar, hacer deportes, aunque no se puede nadar al ser mar abierto. Miguel es un anfitrión que estuvo pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo dando respuesta rápida a todos nuestros mensajes!! En resume, lugar de 100!!!

This place was beautiful, nice restaurant pool on location, you cannot swim at this beach but it is beautiful for whale watching, sunrise and sunset watching. Will definitely be coming back. Unit is a little dated, but for the price and the location, pretty amazing .
