Terrasol Rules and Terms

PLEASE NOTE: The Terrasol Resort charges a nightly Resort Fee per night, which needs to be paid at the front desk when arriving. You may check in there and pay for it.
You can start enjoying the resort spaces (gym, restaurant, and pools) from the moment you arrive. If you arrive earlier, you can ask the people at the front desk to take care of your luggage until your condo is ready.
The new rates for the Resort Fee effective 2025:

1-2 people 19.50 usd per night
3-4 people 24.50 usd per night
5-6 people 29.50 usd per night
7-8 people 34.50 usd per night

Cancellation policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Beautiful condo in a secluded location! The neighborhood is very quiet, felt like we were at a private resort. Only a couple minute walk to pools and the ocean. The marina is only a 5 minute walk, lots of restaurants and shopping within a short walking distance. Lorraine's stay was very helpful, made the stay very enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again.
